Fee collection keeps a private school running, yet many schools still print vouchers by hand, track counter cash in paper registers and match payments against bank statements line by line. Schooliee brings counter cash, challans and digital payments into one place.
Schooliee connects to Pakistan's 1Bill bill-payment network through SmartPay. SmartPay is turned on per school, and the Schooliee team sets it up for you. Once it is on, each challan carries a 1Bill consumer number.

When SmartPay is turned on for your school (the Schooliee team sets it up), each challan carries a 1Bill consumer number. Parents open Easypaisa, JazzCash or their bank app, choose Bill Payment > 1Bill, enter the consumer number and pay. The payment is recorded in Schooliee through the SmartPay integration. Without SmartPay, parents pay by your usual method and upload proof of payment for the school to accept or reject.
Yes. Quick pay records cash at the counter, and you can print receipts on A4 or an 80mm thermal printer. Parents can also be sent a payment confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Schooliee groups siblings under a family. You set the discount for each student (for instance, full fee for child 1, 25% discount for child 2, 50% discount for child 3), and it appears on that family's challans.
Yes. Parents upload a payment proof from the parent app. Staff review it and accept or reject it, and the parent is notified of the decision.
Yes. Employee roles and permissions control what each staff member can do in the fee screens, and actions are recorded in the activity log.
