Three ways to ask
A chat panel inside the school dashboard. Ask about today’s collection, defaulters, attendance, admissions, results, staff pay or recent changes, and get the figures with a link to the page they came from.
When the school turns it on, parents can ask about their own children: attendance, dues and pending challans, results, upcoming exams, the diary, timetable and notices.

Privacy and limits
School data includes children, families and money. The assistant is built to read only what the person asking is allowed to see.

Getting started
It is school management software with an AI assistant built in, so you can ask questions about your school in plain language instead of opening reports. In Schooliee the assistant looks up the answer in your school’s live records (fees, attendance, exams, staff) and replies with the figures and a link to the page they came from.
No. Every tool the assistant uses is read-only. It can look up fees, attendance, results and staff information, but it cannot edit records, collect payments or send anything to parents.

The school owner gets the assistant in the dashboard and can link a WhatsApp number. If the school turns on the parent assistant, parents can ask about their own children in the parent portal and on WhatsApp. Teachers and office staff do not have AI access.
The assistant can only reach your data through read-only tools that apply the same permissions as the dashboard, and parents are limited to their own children. To write an answer, the question and the looked-up figures are processed by an AI model provider (OpenAI). Schooliee does not sell personal information (see our privacy policy) and does not train AI models on your school’s data.
The AI assistant is a paid add-on, so it is not part of the 30-minute demo. It is switched on once your school’s account is active. Ask our team and we will show it to you on a call.
