Schooliee Parent App: School Information in Your Pocket

Parents often need school information outside school hours. The Schooliee parent app gives families a way to check fee status, pay challans and receive school updates from a phone. This post explains what the app covers today.

Platforms

• The parent app is available for Android and iOS.
• There is no Windows parent app. Families on a computer can use the parent portal on the web.

Fees and Payments

• Fee challans can be paid through 1Bill using the consumer number on the challan.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash are among the payment options.
• Online payment must match the full challan amount.
• A challan is marked paid when the payment network sends its confirmation to Schooliee. If that confirmation is delayed, the status updates later.
• Counter payments receive a PDF receipt, which can be sent to the parent's WhatsApp.

School Messages

Schooliee sends automatic WhatsApp messages from the school's own number for:

• Attendance, when it is marked
• Fee reminders, on a schedule
• Payment received
• Diary and exam notices
• Announcements

Before You Rely on the App

Check with the school which features are switched on for your child's class. Parents who do not use the app can use the web parent portal instead.
